Sana Khan may have quit showbiz but she continues to remain in the limelight for her work and personal life. The actress and her husband, who got married secretly in 2020, made the big announcement of her pregnancy last month. At an Iftar party held recently, Sana caught the attention of netizens after she left the party with husband Anas in a rush. Sana Khan on Sunday (April 16) attended an Iftar party with her husband Anas Saiyad. She was papped leaving the venue looking exhausted and out of breath. This made many netizens comment on her husband dragging her out of there. However, Sana clarified, "This video just came to my notice. And I know it looks weird to all my lovely brothers and sisters and to me in fact. We lost contact with the driver and car once we came out and I was standing for longer than usual. I started sweating and feeling uncomfortable so he quickly wanted to get me in, so I could sit and have water and some air."

Sana Khan's husband Anas Saiyad confirmed news of her pregnancy on Iqra TV. He revealed that the child will be born during the month of Hajj, that is end of June. Expressing her joy, Sana added, " I'm looking forward to it. Obviously, it's a different journey altogether. Bohot emotionally bhi thoda mere liye as a woman ek up and down both chalta rehta hai (Emotionally, I have been facing many ups and downs). But I think it's a beautiful journey. I'm waiting to have my baby in my arms... that's it."

Right before leaving to perform their Umrah in February, the actress shared her photo with husband Anas, hinting that there is something 'special' she will soon share with the world. She wrote, "Alhamdullilah soooo Happy. This umrah is very very special for some reason which In Sha Allah I will share soon with all. May Allah make it easy." Anas has again left for his Umrah today.

This year, Sana and Anas travelled to different parts of the UK to speak to their brothers and sisters about Islam. Sana's husband is an Islamic scholar. The couple enjoyed their stay in the UK. They also go to perform Umrah and Hajj frequently. Sana and Anas have taken vacations to Dubai and Maldives earlier.

In 2020, Sana decided to follow Islam to the T. What prompted her to do so was her unhappiness with the many blessings she had in life and dreams of seeing her grave on fire. In a video interview, she revealed that she thought this was how she'd end up being if she did not change. Back then, Sana started to listen to motivational speeches. And one quote that touched her deeply read, 'You don’t want your last day to be your first day of wearing hijab'. Sana then decided to cover her head and took to wearing traditional clothes.

Sana got married to Anas Saiyad in a hush-hush ceremony in the latter half of 2020. The actress shared photos of her wedding later, announcing the good news to her followers. This came right after her decision to quit showbiz.

Sana shocked everyone in mid 2020 by announcing that she is leaving the glam world. In a long post, she shared that she is choosing to 'serve humanity and follow the order of my Creator'. She left the industry for Islam and removed all her previous posts on Instagram. She started afresh by sharing videos of her learnings from Islam. This decision came after her bitter break up with choreographer Melvin Louis.
