Television actresses, who have now become new moms, often share about their daily lives and the new experiences they go through post-pregnancy as a completely new person. Gauahar gave birth to his baby boy Zehaan on 10 May. Gauahar often shares pictures and videos from her daily life as a mother. Bigg Boss 7 fame Gauahar had also shared with everyone how she reduced 10 kgs in 10 days really quick. The actress even spoke about the stress of staying awake at night, she added, “So it’s past 12 am , past 1 day of my first Mother’s Day as a New MoM, n yes I didn’t have the energy to be glammed up for my first post as a Mother too , but boy , am I grateful!!!!!!! Alhamdulillah, for everything and everyone who made it sooooooooooo special for me . Just holding my baby is my best gift from Allah ! Allahumma baarik fihi.” Gauahar even shared pictures of her son Zehaan’s nursery which was in a beautiful shades of grey.

Debina shared everything about her pregnancy and post-pregnancy in her vlogs. The actress, who conceived naturally for the second time, had shared about going through post partum depression. The actress was also trolled for her weight gain. She spoke about how due to IVF, the actress gained a lot of weight and it’s taking her some time to get back in shape. She further added that she would reduce the fats before they become stubborn. She also chronicles the life of her two young girls and how they are keeping her on her toes.

Shilpa welcomed her li'l girl Ishaani after a long wait of 18 years after their marriage. Post Ishaani, Shilpa is updating her fans through her vlogs. She had shared in her vlog that they have been very grateful for becoming parents after such a long time. They also shared about their baby boy being in the ICU for a couple of days and how it had been very emotional and stressful for them.

To which the actress replied that she has a support system at home which makes her get a relaxing time for herself. "For all the new moms out there, you have mom stoops. They are available on social media handles and it does help with all the questions. Medicine-related queries must be asked of your doctors but the rest can be covered. Luckily, I had friends who delivered in the last one or two years so they helped me a lot and answered all my questions. They were there to just hear me out. Yes, the first month is tough, I didn't know it would be so tough for me but it does get better, hang on."
