Shweta's first marriage with Raja Chaudhary saw many complications. The couple married in 1998, had their first child, Palak, in 2000, and then divorced in 2007. Her second marriage, with Abhinav Kohli (2013), also failed after she filed a domestic violence complaint against him. The couple split up in 2019. Shweta and Abhinav have a son named Reyansh. She is a single mother of two children.

Chahatt Khanna, a mother of two kids, has raised them on her own. She married businessman Bharat Narsinghani in 2006, but they divorced after he became physically abusive.
