From Rohit Purohit being asked to wear dark lenses for a show to Shaheer Sheikh walking off a set; Candid revelations made by actors at a Round Table

After a round table conference with the actresses, DKP hosts another round table with Gaurav Khanna, Shaheer Sheikh, Dheeraj Dhoopar, Jay Soni, Mohsin Khan and Rohit Purohit. The actors get candid about their journey, share their perceptions and more.

While talking about grand gestures in love, Mohsin revealed, "My family has been finding rishtas. So let's see, if I get one then I surely update Jay about it first."

Shaheer shared an incident, "Something had happened on the set, and it wasn't acceptable to me. I had drawn a line that I wouldn't be able to work there. So I left the show, in one shot I was there and in another one I had left. There was no basic respect so I chose to make an exit from the sets. You cannot break an actor's confidence while shooting. I still remember that one director told me 'I'll make sure that you don't get work.' But aapki kismat mein jo hota hai, wohi hota hai."

Rohit shared, "In 2011, I did a show where I was asked to wear dark lenses to play a positive role. Before that, I was only offered negative characters because of my eyes. In that character, I looked so bad, like a ghost and I was extremely uncomfortable doing that. But I had to do that for the money."

Gaurav revealed how before these channel embargos, he used to do multiple shows. He said, "There was a time before 2009 when I was doing multiple channels and there weren't any rules between channels. So yes, while doing multiple shows I even fell unwell due to long hours back then."

Jay shared a fan incident abroad. He said, "I had gone to an event and then the organisers took us for dinner. I had over-eaten so I went down to walk and suddenly a car came and there were some women. They first started taking pictures, but then she started touching me and of course, even men understand the intention behind touch. The security then came and told me that these women were dangerous and powerful there, and wherever I wanted to go I must inform them. Or else, if these women kidnap me then even they won't be able to do anything."

A character that Mohsin wishes to play has always been Aladdin, he said, "Since childhood, I wanted to play Aladdin once. I still want to and I feel I even look like one so let's hope someday the character shall come for me."

Dheeraj shared, "It is quite true, that when one character becomes a hit, even makers offer you similar roles. How people like Jay as Ishaan, or I get offered similar roles like Karan Luthra."
