From budget-friendly interiors to going shopping with Ziana; Charu Asopa updates on her new house in Bikaner

Charu Asopa is all set to begin a beautiful new chapter in Bikaner with her daughter Ziana. From managing a budget-friendly setup to celebrating emotional milestones, Charu has been closely sharing her house journey with fans. With practical choices, emotional memories, and future dreams, her new home is already filled with warmth, love, and thoughtful planning.

Charu shared how tough it was to balance beautiful interiors within a set budget. “It is not easy to have budget-friendly house. Budget me bhi rehna hai aur achha interior bhi karna hai. When you have money in your pocket, you go and choose whatever you want. But, when you have a budget, you have to spend within a limit,” she said.

Charu took fans along on her furniture shopping journey, choosing elegant pieces and a unicorn-themed study table for Ziana. She made thoughtful choices to blend aesthetics with utility, ensuring the new home feels special. From modern designs to playful touches for her daughter, Charu handpicked every detail to create a warm, stylish space.

Reflecting on her time in Mumbai, Charu recalled leaving for the city with just one bag. Now, shifting back to Bikaner, she arrived with a truck full of belongings. Every item carries sentimental value, symbolizing her growth and journey. She excitedly shared, "All items from Mumbai have arrived," marking a full-circle emotional moment.”

Charu revealed with pride that the house registry was completed, officially making her the owner. Celebrating with her family, she called it a dream come true. Her mother joyfully said, “Malkin bann gayi hai ghar ki.” To mark the moment, the family visited a temple to seek blessings and share gratitude for their new beginnings.

She explained that she bought the house through a loan and is currently waiting for the official documents from the bank. She added that the EMI she’s paying is nearly the same as what she used to pay for rent in Mumbai. “I got the house through a loan. I will get it finally once the bank gives the papers. The EMI is almost what I was paying as rent in Mumbai. The rent however, increases every month. But EMI will stay the same. That’s a benefit,” she shared.

Charu is carefully picking electronics for her new home. She said, “I have to buy a lot of electronic products. I will put carpet on the floor so I will need a vacuum cleaner. I bought an ac. I am making a play area for Ziana, so I plan to put the ac the there. I found a very good fridge but it is quite expensive. I will buy a few things less to save expenses to buy the required items. I have to cut down on expenses. I also have to get geysers for Ziana and my bathrooms.”

Charu gave a sneak peek into her under-construction house, showcasing the kitchen and other ongoing work. The excitement was palpable, especially with little Ziana expressing how much she loved the space already. Watching the house slowly take shape has been an emotional, thrilling experience for Charu, who eagerly looks forward to moving in.

Looking ahead, Charu hopes to shift into the new house by Akshaya Tritiya, a day known for auspicious beginnings. With Ziana’s playroom and bedroom almost ready, she remains optimistic about the timeline. Balancing construction, shopping, and motherhood, Charu is determined to make the new home a cozy haven just in time.
