Things don't seem to be going well for TV actress Deepika Singh, who has once again been injured while shooting for her show, Mangal Lakshmi. After injuring her eye a few days ago, she has now suffered an injury to her upper back. ETimes TV has exclusively learnt that the actress suffered an injury while shooting on the sets recently. Sources present on the sets informed us that Deepika was shooting a dream sequence for her daily soap Mangal Lakshmi in Filmcity. In the sequence she was shown getting felicitated. While she was shooting the sequence a huge and heavy plywood board which was placed behind her fell on the actress. Due to heavy wind the heavy plywood board fell on her back leaving the actress injured.
