Exclusive - Valentine’s Day: Aayushi Khurana reflects on love in its simplest, most meaningful form
The ways in which we show love can be found in the simplest of actions. To date, there have been some wonderful portrayals in our television programs that depict many of these small yet powerful aspects of relationships, telling stories we can all relate to and identify as happening close to home.
Jaane Anjaane Hum Mile on has taken viewers through an emotional journey while exploring the relationships people have to each other in a sincere and deep manner. Reet is the main character as she shows the audience how to live and love with both warmth and strength. Aayushi Khurana plays Reet and has been able to connect to the audience through her honest and relatable performance.
Speaking about what Valentine’s Day means to her personally, Aayushi Khurana, who essays the role of Reet in Jaane Anjaane Hum Mile, said, “Love feels very special to me at this phase of my life. I’ve realised that it’s not just about grand romantic moments, but about the comfort of being understood, laughed with, and supported every single day. Valentine’s Day reminds me to celebrate those little things, shared silences, silly conversations, and the warmth of coming back to someone who feels like home."
She beautifully captures how love is not so much about loud outcry but more about being there for each other with steady support every single day! This V-day, Aayushi's view serves as a quiet reminder that often the quietest of times are the most significant in our lives.
