Nidhi Gangta, who is currently seen in the role of Nazima, spoke about her New Year plans, resolutions and more.
Speaking to Times of India TV, she shared, “As I step into the New Year, my primary focus is my growth, my work, and my well-being. I want to keep working hard, stay committed to my craft, and simply keep going with faith and consistency. I believe that when you show up every day with honesty and dedication, the universe meets you halfway.”
She added, “Alongside work, I’m consciously choosing to focus on my health both physical and mental. This year is about balance: giving my best professionally while also taking care of myself, listening to my body, and allowing space for peace and clarity.”
About her New Year traditions, she said, “I like to begin every New Year on a spiritual note. My morning usually starts with a puja and prayer to Lord Shiva. He is my guiding light. It grounds me and sets the right energy for a fresh beginning. I also spend time reflecting on the past year with gratitude acknowledging lessons, growth, and moments that shaped me. Rather than setting unrealistic expectations, I focus on manifesting positivity, visualising growth, peace, and success. I believe in starting the year with a calm mind, a grateful heart, and strong intentions.”
About her resolutions, Nidhi said, “My biggest resolution this year is to prioritise my health above everything else. I want to be consistent with yoga, focus on my fitness, and maintain a healthy lifestyle. I also want to read more books, keep learning, and growing mentally. Professionally, my resolution is to stay disciplined and consistent with my shooting schedules, give my best , and continue doing my job with sincerity. I’m stepping into this year with faith, focus, and gratitude ready to grow, work hard, and become a better version of myself every single day. Health, peace and purpose rest all will follow.”
