I took up this wonderful offer without thinking twice. Once children arrive, couples hardly get uninterrupted time with each other. This was a unique opportunity for us. Yes, it was an impulsive move to spend that time in front of TV cameras, but I am extremely grateful to the platform for presenting it to me. I agree with you. It's been a while since we worked together, so I am very thankful for that. Our fans will be happy too because this is something they have long desired. When the producers laid out the idea to me, I was hooked right away. The show is lighthearted and fun. There will certainly be some minor disagreements, but they will be easygoing and light-hearted. People will ridicule us, and that's all right. We are courageous enough to take our bedroom conversations and put them on a TV screen. It takes guts to do that. I respect all six couples who appeared on the show because they have opened Indian television to the most intimate aspects of their lives.". Whatever good Rubina does, why can't I applaud her? I do believe in giving credit where credit is due. I have that attitude from the family upbringing I had. I saw my father as a stable figure who never let us go through difficult times, and my mother was exactly the same. They gave me strength and concern." (Photo: Instagram)

I was brought up observing my mother working, and my brother and I saw the value of hard work. In Abhinav's situation, his father was always supportive of his mother's career, even in the 30s and 40s when this was not so prevalent. This mindset shaped Abhinav's values. If Abhinav wasn't there with me, my transition into motherhood would have been so much tougher. He took a selfless choice to withdraw from a few of his commitments so he could be with our daughter so I could continue to work. That's a massive plus in my life. I recall when we first discussed being parents.". He replied, 'I'm ready,' and I explained to him, 'I want more time because I'm not yet finished exploring my career.' He wholly respected my decision and provided me with those years. That made me realize that I had complete support. I really became a man after having my daughters. Before that, I was still a boy in my heart. Now, responsibilities which I heard of until then are now in my life. I have become more concentrated and conscious of what I'm doing so I can leave a legacy for my daughters." (Photo: Instagram)

Challenges and struggles that we have shared together have been very real. I have seen Abhinav transform, release some of the old beliefs we once questioned, and develop. I am proud of both of us for our growth together. If one partner does not allow themselves to grow, clings to bitterness, or becomes mired in ego, the relationship is going to hurt. Yes, they certainly made our relationship stronger. Things that were issues ten years ago are now so small. I tell those stories sometimes to friends, and we just laugh. I've learned that the problem is never larger than you. Life is full of surprises; you don't know what happens tomorrow. So you should appreciate your relationship.
