Arti Singh, known from Bigg Boss 13, is gearing up for her wedding scheduled for April 25. In the midst of busy preparations, she sought blessings at the Kashi Vishwanath temple before starting her new journey. The actress recently spoke exclusively to ETimes TV about her wedding preparations, venue, rehearsals for sangeet and getting last-minute jitters. I am very happy but at the same time thodi si mayusi bhi hai. I always felt that I had already left my house long back due to my work commitments so Bidaai won’t affect me. No, I’m not taking any break after the wedding. The moment I get a good project, I’ll accept it. I don’t want to say that I want to take a break because Aise bolne ke baad bahut lamba break hojata hai (laughs). I am ready for work and if something exciting comes up I’ll do it. More than me, Dipak is very happy to see me working. He’s very happy to see me doing well in my life. He pushes and motivates me. He always mentions how proud he’s of me that I’ve worked hard to make my name. He likes that quality that I’m a hardworking girl.

It's not that I won't be wearing heavy jewellery or won't have functions. Everything will happen. I will opt for heavy look and jewellery but that will be for the main day. Initially, I thought I should just go to Kashi Vishwanath and get married but then there are so many relationships, friends from the industry. More than all this, my people are so excited that they are telling me tum nahi bhi bolaogi toh bhi aajayenge hum (My friends are saying even if you don't call us, we will turn up for your wedding). Everyone wants to be there like Ankita (Lokhande), she wants to be part of every function. Prince was going to Australia, Yuvika did not go to Australia because of my wedding. My fiancé Dipak also wanted a simple wedding. He wanted to get married in front of Mahadev. It was his idea to go to Kashi Vishwanath and give the card. He is very religious more than religious he’s a good human being. Unke ghar par mata ki chowki hai Kal. He observes fasts for 9 days, performs puja, hawan. He’s is a Mata Rani bhakt and he love it. For me I feel this relationship is a blessing from my parents. I would consider it a blessing from Dipak’s mother as well that we actually met each other. People wrote on my post oh it’s a love marriage. No it’s not. It’s purely arranged marriage, there was a courtship where we took our time to know each other. It was beautiful. Kashmera had especially come down from the US for the wedding. Touchwood. They haven’t prepared like a proper stage performance or award function, it is going to be very different. There are no plans for a honeymoon as of now because I just shifted my house and was involved in the entire process. I am very happy decorating my house. I want to decorate my house, spend time there and then I will plan something.
