Covid positive Mohena Kumari gets emotional as she shares her experience; says 'it was mentally dist

Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai fame Mohena Kumari, who tested positive for Covid-19 along with other family members, has opened up about her experience of dealing with the virus. When they tested positive

Mohena shared that the virus isn't physically as problematic as it is mentally. Sharing the story from the beginning, Mohena said, "My mother-in-law wasn't feeling well and suffering from fever but we couldn't figure out the reason. The next day I started feeling unwell. There was fatigue and body ache. We all got worried. But our first tests turned out to be negative. We thought it was probably the weather but we couldn't relax as my mother-in-law's fever was increasing even after having paracetamol. Then we got her test done again and it turned out to be positive. Then the rest of us got our tests done and turned out to be positive. It was mentally disturbing. It's not lethal

Mohena said, "I want to say that if you are unwell and sick, it's best to get yourself tested instead of staying at home and worrying about it. I am happy we got the tests done. Also, if you are Covid positive, trust me it's not lethal. I had symptoms, my mother-in-law had symptoms, but it's not going to destroy your life. We are still Covid positive, it's mentally disturbing

The actress shared that it's their sixth day at the hospital and they are not Covid-free yet. She shared, "We worry about my husband Suyesh Ji's parents and his nephew." Mohena candidly added, "More than physically, it's mentally disturbing. Having the virus is not a good feeling well because we have heard so much about it already. I am feeling good today. Initially, things were playing up on my mind, but now my symptoms have reduced. It's important to keep yourself mentally positive to make the virus go away. There's no treatment that we are going through but you can make your bodies strong. I feel Indians anyway have a good diet. And are ready to fight the virus since we have good immunity. Mohena thanks her followers and advises them not to be scared

Mohena asked her followers not to get affected by negative news or be scared. She thanked all her friends, family for the outpouring of love. She asked her fans to take all the precautions but insisted that they should go out and help the needy. Mohena breaks down as she speaks with good friend Gaurav, talks about how she spends her day

As she started her chat with her Yeh Rishta co-star and good friend Gaurav Wadhwa, Mohena broke down. Gaurav cheered her up and asked her how she spends her day. Mohena shared that couples are quarantined together, so she spends time with her husband Suyesh. "We both wear masks while talking, and watch shows together." Mohena shares how she had lost her taste and smell

Talking with Gaurav, Mohena shared that she had lost her sense of taste and smell for a good seven to eight days. She shared that she started feeling better only two days ago. Yes staying positive is most important but one has to stay fit by taking. Healthy food fruits haldi milk & waorm water with Green halad & paper Ofcourse regular excercise
