After a lot of speculation, the Bombay High Court has acquitted Bollywood mega star and small screen's one of the most beloved star host, Salman Khan of all the criminal charges held against him.

Salman Khan, one of the top ranking Bollywood actor turned TV show host, known to put BB9 contestants at ease with his jovial nature and easy demeanor. All this while the verdict pending, there was a constant speculation of Salman to go to jail. There were numerous talks of who would replace Salman Khan as a host if the in case the ruling goes against him. If that happened, the show's popularity would have been affected drastically.
Before the verdict was out, Salman shot for a special episode with his foe-turned-friend, Shah Rukh Khan for the latter's upcoming movie 'Dilwale'. It is said that Shah Rukh wished Salman for his forthcoming hearing. The pictures of the handsome Khan duo on the 'Bigg Boss' set, had sent twitterites into a frenzy.
Finally, the makers and inhabitants of 'Bigg Boss' house can take a breather to have their favourite host back on the sets without any further worries. Salman Khan fans are undoubtedly overjoyed to see their 'Bhai' free of all the charges. Social networking sites are bombarded with wishes from Bollywood fraternity as well fans. As the celebration inside and outside 'Galaxy' apartment gain momentum, Salman Khan will sleep peacefully tonight!
Salman Khan, who is shooting for his upcoming film 'Sultan', in Karjat, appeared in court before Justice AR Joshi who concluded and pronounced the judgment on the appeal. Dictating his judgment in open court, Justice A.R. Joshi pointed out a series of lacunae which took place while testing alcohol presence in the actor's blood sample and preservation.
Salman was always at his wittiest best while hosting controversial reality show 'Bigg Boss' was under lot of pressure during the entire time. He broke down when the court announced its final verdict, releasing him of all the charges. In May 2015, Bollywood's favourite 'Prem' was convicted by the session court for a 5-year sentence but was out on bail the same day. After 13 years, the case has finally worked in Salman’s favor.
