Bigg Boss fame Nikki Tamboli was recently spotted outside a hospital in Mumbai. She was accompanied by her boyfriend Arbaz Patel and with her right eye covered with a bandage. When the media present outside the hospital asked the actress about her health, she revealed that she underwent a treatment for a cyst in her eye. She said, "Ek cyst aagaya tha usika treatment hua hai." She walked slowly towards her car, with her boyfriend holding her hand and helping her along safely. Responding to fans’ worries, her boyfriend assured everyone that the actress had an eye infection and had to undergo a minor eye procedure. He added that she is now doing well and recovering.

In the same interview, she addressed their age difference, Nikki said, “I have a very irritable nature since childhood, but he takes it nicely. He is peaceful and calm.” She added with a smile, “He is younger than me three years younger.”
