Bigg Boss 20: Is Redheemaa the first finalised contestant of Salman Khan hosted show?
One of the most controversial reality shows on Indian television, Bigg Boss is expected to return with a new season in September 2026. While there is still time for the show to go on air, the names of various celebrities being roped in as contestants for the upcoming season have already started doing the rounds. The latest celebrity who is rumoured as the potential contestant is actress Redheema.
For those who may not know, Redheema is a television actress, who has worked in Megha Barsenge starring Neil Bhatt and Neha Rana. Her official name is Ridhima Gupta and recently during an "ask me anything" session on her Instagram account, the actress dropped a hint that she might be a part of Bigg Boss 20. During the AMA session when a fan asked Redheema, "Bigg Boss me kab aaoge aap." She responded saying, "On the way hu" (with a smiling emoji).
Her response sparked a discussion online about the actress being officially approached for Bigg Boss 20. However, Redheema has neither confirmed not made any official announcement about her participation in the reality show. This new development has created buzz online about the upcoming season and the lineup of contestants participating in Bigg Boss 20.

Earlier, reports about sitarist Bhagirath Bhatt been approached as the first contestant for Bigg Boss Season 20, also made headlines. Bhagirath has worked on several popular Bollywood projects such as Padmaavat, Malaal, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3, Border 2, Heeramandi, Qala, Kota Factory 2, Gullak, Jubilee, and Bandish Bandits, among others. Apart from Indian films and shows, Bhagirath has also contributed to the background score of Avatar: The Last Airbender and the 2014 Hollywood project The American Gandhi.
Bigg Boss wrapped up season 19 on a grand note on December 7th last year. Anupamaa fame Gaurav Khanna was announced as the winner of the show while Farrhana Bhatt was declared as the first runner-up.
