Archana Puran Singh to buy a new bungalow worth approximately Rs 50 crore in Madh Island; says, ‘Not sure if we can afford it but…’

Archana Puran Singh, who’s well known for her comic timing and acting roles, was recently featured in her son Aaryamann’s YouTube video. There, they shared their plans of buying a new house in Madh Island. They then went on to see a couple of bungalow options and mentioned how expensive they are. However, she is still planning to buy one of the houses.

The vlog began with Archana, along with her sons and husband Parmeet Sethi, exploring a few bungalow options that they’re considering buying. She mentioned how she really wished to invest in a new property in Madh Island. All the bungalows have massive garden areas, swimming pools and much more. Archana also shared that the houses are over her budget, but she’s still considering buying one.

Towards the end of the vlog, Archana and Parmeet expressed their excitement about possibly owning another beautiful home in Madh Island. They spoke about how special the place feels to them, considering their long association with the area. While Archana seemed eager and optimistic about finalising a property, Parmeet added a touch of humour, saying they still need to figure out the finances before making any big decision.

Archana shared, “I remember when we first came here to buy two bungalows, the area was like a jungle and there were a lot of trees and grass. However, I checked the land of all the bungalows and the 14th one had the largest area along with another bungalow right next to it. I decided to buy that one, but Parmeet used to live in a flat before, so he wasn’t able to figure all this out.” Parmeet laughed and jokingly said, “This is a lie. Why would I know about lands?”

Archana shared her top three bungalow options and what her preferences are. Aaryamann also shared that the houses have sea views, pools, huge living areas and much more. Fans made it to the comment section and expressed their happiness about the couple deciding to buy a new house. Archana also said, “When I had Rs 5, I decided to buy something worth Rs 100. So you need to have the guts to spend, nothing else matters.”

In another heartwarming moment from the vlog, Archana gave her mother-in-laws’ earring to Yogita for an audition. She explained the emotional value attached to the jewellery and how she believes it would bring good luck. Yogita was touched by the gesture and thanked Archana for trusting her with something so special. The family was seen sharing laughs and candid moments during this exchange, highlighting their close bond.

Aaryamann mentioned that since he’s earning now, he is willing to contribute towards the new house. Archana liked the idea and said that she would love to have both her sons invest in the property along with her and Parmeet. She shared with her sons that when she hardly had enough money, she still decided to invest in her first bungalow in Madh Island.
