Archana Puran Singh reveals Patralekhaa and Sanya Malhotra cried when she broke her hand; R Madhavan reminisces the former’s ‘words of wisdom’

From Patralekhaa and Sanya Malhotra getting emotional over Archana Puran Singh’s injury to R. Madhavan reminiscing her inspiring words, The Great Indian Kapil Sharma Show’s announcement party was a star-studded affair. Archana, known for her infectious laughter, shared glimpses of the grand evening in her recent vlog, capturing heartfelt moments and fun interactions with Bollywood celebrities. The event was filled with emotions, laughter, and nostalgia, making it an unforgettable celebration of her journey on the show.

With Archana injuring her hand, hubby Parmeet Sethi drove her to the jetty as she left for her films and shows announcement. She gives a glimpse of her little lanes on her way to the jetty.

Archana wore a bright orange suit with multi colour shirt for her announcements and said, “The channel gives you a colour palette and you have choose around it. She was also doing her make-up with her other hand and said, “Aapko lagta hai ulte haath se make-up karna easy hai? Yeh ek art hai art.”

At the title announcement event, Archana met many celebs from Bollywood. Sayani Gupta, Shefali Shah, Karan Johar, Kriti Kharbanda, and many other she met, inquired about her hand. Rana Daggubati, Venkatesh and many others she met.

Archana’s co-star in upcoming film Toaster, Sanya Malhotra was also present when Archana met with an injury. Sanya said, “Mere aankhon ke samne aapka haath toota.” She also joked about her outfit with Archana saying, “If you put someone wearing white in between us, we will look like a flag.”

Archana called Sanya, “The sweetest co-star she has worked with. Jab mera haath toota yeh itni royi…I didn’t cry but she did.” Sanya added, “Whenever I see anyone with hand injury it gives me trauma. I chopped my finger in a blender once.”

The film’s producer Patralekha cried when Archana broke her hand. Giving her an update on her hand she said, “This is producer sahiba, jab haath tooti thi, ye bhi thi. The pain is still there. Maine toh khoon, paseena, haddi bhi diye iss film ke liye.”

Actor R Madhavan reminisced the time when he got to interact with Archana for the first time. Narrating the incident he said, “I will never forget what you told me at that time. There was a show called ‘Man of the Earth’ and I was a finalist and I got eliminated. I was cool and gave some nice answers. I went backstage and then I met her. You said, ‘You have such amazing potential, you have a great smile. You have a very bright future in the industry. Never give up hope.’ She said this in 1995.” Archana said, “See I gave a medal to the industry.”

Archana has 3 releases on Netflix in 2025 – The Great Indian Kapil Show season 3, Toaster and Nadaaniyan. Krushna Abhishek joked saying, “Aapki nadaaniyon ko Netflix ne toast kar diya.”
