‘Anupamaa’ February 3 written update: Anupama saves the Kothari mansion, gets Rajni to admit her mistakes

The episode starts off with Rajni begging Anupama for her forgiveness. As Anupama goes to a nearby temple to pray, Rajni follows her and sits at her feet, asking for forgiveness. However, Anupama tells her that she cannot do that after everything that has happened between them.

Rajni confronts Anupama about the case

Rajni then further confronts Anupama about how and why she has not filed an official case against her. She recalls how the two used to be friends in their childhood years, but a lot of things have changed as they have grown up. Anupama tells her that she does not want Prerna and Varun to see their mother in jail, and instead points out that her writing down all of her wrongdoings and submitting it to the chawl residents was more than enough. She also makes Rajni promise that she will give it in writing that nothing will happen to Parag’s home.

Anupama then points out that while she is not filing a case against Rajni, there are many other people who still can, including Parag and any of the chawl residents that she had wronged.

Gautam and Mahi decide to leave

Back at the Kothari house, Gautam and Mahi pack all of their bags in order to leave before they all lose the house. The family tries to stop the two of them; however, they refuse, citing that they have to think for themselves. Anil and Prem then mock Gautam for his decision, and also call out the entire family for trusting him.




They point out that the same man who they brought into their house since they considered him family, is the first one to leave and abandon them. Vasundhara continues to pray as everyone dreads that they will have to leave the Kothari mansion. Parag tries to start packing things up; however, Prem rushes into the room in time and tells everyone that they will not have to leave anymore.

Parag thanks Anupama for saving the Kothari house

Parag joins his hands in front of Anupama to thank her for saving his house, his everything. He says that the only thing he did was trust the truth, while Anupama brought justice to all those around her without giving up.
