Anupamaa actress Princy Prajapati recalls Jackie Shroff making her speak to son Tiger

Actress Princy Prajapati, known for playing young Pari in Anupamaa, is broadening her career beyond television.She recently shot with Jackie Shroff and described the experience as memorable. “Jackie Shroff’s public persona is amazing and very down-to-earth. I was initially nervous, but in no time we became like friends. He maintains a humble and grounded personality that has endeared him to audiences for decades,” she said. The 10-year-old actress further adds, “Jackie sir is seen as cool and carefree. He has a natural swagger and effortless confidence that commands attention. He also has an eccentric and creative side, and it was a learning experience being around him.” During the shoot, Jackie introduced her to his son, Tiger Shroff. “When I told him that I admire his son, he made me talk to him. It was a special moment for me. He also blessed me for my acting career and well-being,” she recalled. Speaking about her work, Prajapati said she is focusing on films post-Anupamaa. “Currently, I’m working on Bollywood projects. I have two more films lined up. But I will always hold gratitude for television as a platform. Whenever the right opportunity comes, I will consider it. As an actor, I want to grow and not limit myself to a particular medium.” Apart from her TV work in Main Hoon Aparajita alongside Shweta Tiwari and Manav Gohil, she is also shooting for the Gujarati film Misri with Manasi Parekh.
