Kaushambi Chakraborty married Adrit Roy on May 9 in a traditional Bengali wedding. The ‘Mithai’ co-stars took their wedding vows on Thursday evening with family members and friends in attendance. The couple who started dating from the sets of ‘Mithai’, had kept their relationship under the wraps for a long time. After dating for almost two years, the couple has tied the knot. On Thursday evening, stars from the Bengali TV industry attended the grand wedding and wished the newlyweds.

Kaushambi and Adrit opted for a traditional Bengali wedding and did not miss out on any rituals. From Aiburobhat to Gaye Holud, the couple enjoyed all the rituals with their friends and family, and the photos are proof! Kaushambi was a radiant bride-to-be at her Aiburobhat and was as bright as a sunflower during her Gaye Holud. Adrit too sported a bright smile throughout all the occasions.

Kaushambi and Adrit’s wedding has been the talk of the town for the past few months. The wedding and reception cards went viral on social media almost a month ago. For the big day, Kaushambi was seen in a red Benarasi saree, looking like a quintessential Bangali Kone. The actress paired her wedding outfit with gold jewellery and a gold mukut. With minimal makeup, Kaushambi sported the brightest smile on her wedding day. Adrit sported a yellow Panjabi for the evening and kept his look minimal with the topor on his head. The couple exchanged garlands looking at each other and everyone could see them being so much in love.
