Gear up for some interesting twists in the daily soap ‘Tumpa Autowali’. The storyline is inching towards a crucial turn. Until now, viewers have seen how Tumpa’s elder sister Pompa is determined to materialise her plan and marry rich, handsome and successful businessman Abir. Both Abir and Tumpa’s families are busy with the pre-wedding festivities. But things will take a new turn as the makers have spiced up the wedding track. Unaware of the evil plans hatched by Pompa, both the families are busy enjoying pre-wedding festivities. The shooting location was beautifully decorated keeping the tradition of ‘Gaaye Holud’ in mind. While the venue had a vibrant feel, the lovely ladies looked stunning in yellow saree. The groom-to-be also looked dapper in a traditional outfit. Actor Sayan Bose, who made his television debut with his show, looked dapper in a traditional outfit. The team had a gala time while shooting for the special sequence.

Ever-quarreling Tumpa and Abir had a funny encounter during the 'Gaaye Holud' ritual. Here's a sneak peek into the set.

Things take a drastic turn when Pompa’s boyfriend Arka reaches the wedding venue. He is shocked to see Pompa dressed as a bride-to-be and confronts her. A greedy Pompa, who is marrying Abir only for his money and status, narrates a sob story. She projects herself as a dedicated daughter who is making sacrifices to the family and marrying Abir only for their sake.

Giving the entire scenario another round of twist, protagonist Pompa overhears the conversation and thinks her sister is making a big sacrifice only for them. Earlier, Tumpa had learned that the horoscopes of Abir and Pompa don’t match and the latter made some changes to get approval for the wedding. To save her sister, Tumpa reveals everything to groom-to-be Abir’s mom (played by actress Dolon Roy).

The big day arrives with a big twist. After learning about the horoscopes, Abir and Pompa’s families turn against their marriage. They also find out how Abir and Tumpa are a perfect match according to their horoscopes. Their family members try to convince the duo to get married and save everyone from embarrassment. Out of respect, Abir and Tumpa get ready for the marriage although they can’t stand each other.
