‘Sanjher Baati’ completes 500 episodes; team celebrates the occasion

It is indeed a celebrating moment for team ‘Sanjher Baati’. The show, starring Rezwan Rabbani Sheikh and Debchandrima Singha Roy starrer show has crossed 500 episodes. Entire cast and crew of ‘Sanjher Baati’ got together for a cosy celebration party on the shooting set. A special cake was brought just to make the occasion even more special. Debchandrima, Rezwan along with other crew members had a gala time together as they celebrated the achievement.
‘Sanjher Baati’ was launched in 2019. It narrates the story of a guy named Arya who lost his eyesight due to an accident. But even after losing his eyesight, Arya continued his journey as a self-dependent person. He pursued his extracurricular activities like photography and sports. Arya meets village belle Charu, who lost her mom in her childhood. She is talented, hardworking and can make lip-smacking sweets. Charu’s dad is a vaidya. Her stepmom and stepsister made her life miserable. Charu’s life takes a new turn when she meets Arya.
The show has a strong cast. It features Anuradha Roy, June Malia, Sohini Sanyal, Avijit Sengupta, Priya Mondal, Dipanwita Rakshit and others.
‘Sanjher Baati’ scores quite well on the TRP charts, mostly after it was shifted to a prime time slot from an evening one. Charu-Arya’s sizzling chemistry and simple storytelling helped the show strike a chord with the audience. ‘Sanjher Baati’ is mostly seen among the top 5 shows on the TRP charts.
