Mon Phagun set to introduce a major twist; Aishi Bhattacharya joins the show

Rishiraj and Pihu’s love tale has kept the audience glued to the TV screen. The makers of Sean Banerjee-Srijla Guha starrer ‘Mon Phagun’ are determined to sustain viewership and have been adding back-to-back twists into the story. Every time, the protagonists come closer and intend to start afresh, something or the other stirs up their apparently happy life.First destiny and then femme fatale Priyanka aka Pri played havoc their life, now, when the couple is ready to start a fresh chapter of life leaving everything behind, a big twist is waiting for the duo.
As a new twist, Rishi will reunite with his long-lost mom. Well, that’s not all. Along with the good news, there awaits a big shock for both Miss Brishtibari and Rishiraj. His mom comes back along with a girl who claims to be Rishi’s childhood friend Priyadarshini. This leaves Pihu in utter shock because she is Rishi’s childhood friend who got separated from him following a tragic incident.
Along with the new track, two new artists are set to feature in the show. While Sohini Sanyal will essay Rishi’s mom, Priyadarshini's character will be played by Aishi Bhattacharya aka Sreemoyee’s Dithi. Aishi, who became popular playing protagonist Sreemoyee’s daughter in the popular show, will be seen essaying an interesting character in ‘Mon Phagun’. There are a number of shades in her reel character which will certainly spice up the drama in ‘Mon Phagun’.
It will be interesting to see how the new track helps the show in terms of TRP.
