Madhumita Chakraborty shows her new moves

Madhumita Chakraborty who plays Emon in the megaserial, Kusum Dola, is happy to be part of Star Parivaar Awards once again. “I am part of this award function for the past six years and I feel I am part of this family. This time round, I will be performing to songs like Aaj jaane ki zid na karo, Tum tak and more. And the best part is I get to meet all my colleagues at this function, so it is a kind of reunion for us,” said Madhumita, popular for her character, Pakhi, in the serial Bojhe na Shey Bojhena.Talking about her character in Kusum Dola, Madhumita said, “Emon is a straight-forward girl, who might come across as tough from outside but deep within, she is really a kind hearted soul.” Star Parivaar Awards will be telecast today evening on Star Jalsha.
