‘Khukumoni Home Delivery’ and 'Uma' share the second spot on TRP charts

TRP charts have some interesting changes this week in terms of positions of the top five Bengali shows. Soumitrisha Kundoo and Adrit Roy starrer ‘Mithai’ has been dominating the TRP charts for quite a long time. Now, Bengali TV has two other shows which are giving a tough competition to the number one show. This week, both ‘Uma’ and ‘Khukumoni Home Delivery’ have jointly secured the second spot while ‘Mithai’ continues to top the charts.

TRP charts have some interesting changes this week in terms of positions of the top five Bengali shows. Soumitrisha Kundoo and Adrit Roy starrer ‘Mithai’ has been dominating the TRP charts for quite a long time. Now, Bengali TV has two other shows which are giving a tough competition to the number one show. This week, both ‘Uma’ and ‘Khukumoni Home Delivery’ have jointly secured the second spot while ‘Mithai’ continues to top the charts.
‘Khukumoni Home Delivery’ started showing its wonder in terms of TRP since its launch and the current storyline revolving around Bihan and Khukumoni’s wedding worked in favour of the daily soap. Actress Dipanwita Rakshit aka Khukumoni, with her devil may care attitude is continuing its spell on the Bengali audience.
Neel Bhattacharya and Shinjinee Chakraborty’s ‘Uma’ is also airing some high-voltage drama around protagonist Uma and Abhi’s sudden marriage. The current track has likely managed to woo the audience.
‘Jamuna Dhaki’, on the other hand, has secured the third spot on TRP charts this time. The makers have added a new twist following which, protagonist Jamuna has lost her hearing ability. The latest crisis in her life managed to strike a chord with the audience TRP reports suggest. Actors Rubel Das and Sweta Bhattacharya play the lead roles in the show. Anannya Biswas is essaying a negative role in ‘Jamuna Dhaki’.
Interestingly, ‘Dhulokona’, narrating the struggling lives of Phuljhuri and Lalan, has scored quite well. It is in the fourth spot this time. In a latest twist, protagonist Phuljhuri, who works as a househelp, learned a shocking truth. The misunderstanding between Lalan and Phuljhuri has also spiced up the storyline. Indrasish Roy plays Lalan’s character while Manali Manisha Dey essays Phuljhuri’s role in ‘Dhulokona’.
‘Mon Phagun’ is spotted in the top 5 list after quite some time. Makers have been adding back-to-back twists to Rishiraj and Pihu’s love story .
