Debutante Tiyasha Ray steals the show with her innocence

Tiyasha Ray has just made her debut with ‘Krishnokoli’. But her magic seems to be working as the show has scored well this week on TRP charts. The recently launched show has secured the second position on the TRP charts. Popular Bengali television actor Neel Bhattacharya is playing the character of Nikhil.
The story of this family-drama revolves around ‘Shyama’, an innocent village girl.Shyama has a beautiful voice. But the talented girl faces stigma in every step of her life due to darker skin tone. Tiyasha is seen playing the character Shyama. According to the reports, viewers were curious about this debutant since the first promo was launched.
The makers wanted to cast a fresh face as the lead character. Interestingly, Tiyasha was chosen for this role after the makers spotted her on Facebook. The actress informed that she is excited to be a part of the show. Tiyasha’s husband Suban is also an actor.
‘Keertan’ is playing an integral part of the show, as Shyama herself performs ‘Keertan’. Popular singer Aditi Munshi has sung the ‘Keertan’.
Sushanta Das, the director of the daily soap shared that they want to break the notion about fair skin. The serial has a strong cast that includes popular actors like Shankar Chakraborty, Chaitali Chakraborty, Rimjhim Mitra, Sharbari Mukherjee, Mou, Koushik and Vivan Ghosh.
