Pooja recently posted a picture of herself working out in the gym and it seems that the actress sweats a lot to maintain her body. Pooja also follows a healthy diet schedule to have a fit bod.

In order to look like a 19-year-old college student for the upcoming show 'Silsila Pyar Ka', Abhay Vakil was on a strict weight loss regime.
The actor, who was a bit plump, has cut down and toned his body. “The character was that of a college-goer and they needed a guy who was very lean. The producers were interested in me and apart from losing weight, I also had to tone my body to play the character,” he told us.
Abhay had a heavy workout regime for the last three months and the results impressed the makers. “I had extreme workouts with zero intake of carbs. I stopped eating biscuits, bread and my favourite – pizza – as well as sweets and chocolates. My diet was primarily rich in proteins and green veggies and 10 egg whites a day,” he added.

“Fitness and I are inseparable — since class 10th I've been working out. I've maintained an athletic physique as it suits any role. As a model or an actor, it is important to keep fit and look good. This is something you have to enjoy otherwise with the kind of bizarre working schedules on sets — fitness goes for toss.”
His workout regime: 20 pound to 70 pound dumbbells, benches, lat pulley machine and high low pulley for biceps.
His diet: Gautam is a vegetarian and his meals include mostly sauteed veggies, clear soups, brown rice and yellow dals. He also writes diet charts for his technicians, neighbours, relatives and friends.
