You can just walk inside the Hemsley Conservation Center in Kent, England, and sponsor a cockroach and name it after your, well ‘EX’. Yes, you read that correct! All you have to do is just visit the zoo in England and pay a mere sum of INR 148 (£1.50) and you get to name one cockroach after them. Sounds amusing, right?
How does it work?
The Hemsley Conservation Center is running a promotional lover’s day program called Valentine Cockroach. Whoever donates money to the zoo will get to see their ex’s name on the Roach Board inside the zoo.
Could they also live without their head for a week?
Can they eat anything, even crap?
Could they survive a nuclear explosion?
The promotion is a good way of a fun trip for cheering up a close friend, who has recently gone through a bad breakup and has to be alone on Valentine’s Day.
Those who make the donation will also get a certificate that can be downloaded and printed, having details about the cockroach donation. Not only this, one will also get free entry into the zoo.
