Japan now plans to reduce its quarantine period for most vaccinated travellers who are on business travel in the country. The quarantine period that was for 10 days before, will now be reduced to 3 days for such travellers. According to reports, the new rule will require business travellers to self-quanratine for a period of 3 days.
Previously, the government require international travellers to self-qurantine for a period of 14 days, but in October this was reduced to 10 days for fully vaccinated travellers, and now it has come down to only 3 days for business travellers.
Japan is an important Asian destination that gets a lot of footfall, and business tourism thrives in the country. Here with this new rule, Japan is making it easier for business people to travel to the country without having to quarantining for too many days.
