The year 2024 has seen a remarkable surge in tourism, with over 74 lakh visitors arriving between January and May, a 3.5% increase from the previous year. Notably, the number of foreign tourists has risen significantly, from 23,174 in 2023 to 32,415 in 2024, highlighting the region’s increasing allure on the global stage.
