The whole of Australia is now open to vaccinated travellers

Western Australia has finally opened its doors for vaccinated travellers, which means that the whole of Australia is now open for travel. Western Australia was the last area to open up for vaccinated travellers, and was closed since the epidemic first began in 2020.
The state of Western Australia lifted its restrictions on Thursday, which comes four months after Sydney began to reopen for quarantine free-travel. The whole of Australia is now open for travel, and vaccinated tourists are eligible for visas.

The airport in Perth was abuzz with people once again as 22 domestic flights and five international flights began arriving here on Thursday.
Australia is certainly a much sought-after tourist destination, and with Western Australia reopening for travellers, the country can once more expect an influx of tourists. Western Australia comprises places such as Perth, Broome, Rottnest Island among others. Broome is one of the most beautiful places here, and Cable Beach is one of the most visited.

Western Australia had stopped the spread of the virus with the help of contract tracing, and isolating individuals affected by the virus. The Omicron was posing a threat here, much like the rest of the world. The reopening of the country has been welcomed by all, it was a long time coming.
