A music aficionado's heaven, Zulu Records has been selling secondhand and hard-to-find vinyl and CDs since 1981. It has gone through several incarnations through the years, but it remains a legend on the Vancouver music scene, particularly because they like to stock lesser-known artists (current and archived), and have listening booths for customers who want to try before they buy.
Staff are amazingly clued-up on everything in stock, and they promise not to judge your dodgy taste, whatever you're searching for. Zulu also sells local concert tickets without the crushing booking fees, and are active supporters of the annual Khatsahlano Music & Art Street Festival.
