Located in the heart of the city, Trident Spa is situated in the renowned Trident Hotel. Subtle fragrances of lemongrass, jasmine and lavender greet you as you enter the spa. The spa offers a fusion of Indian traditional rituals and Western massages for relaxation and rejuvenation. All the products used for therapies and massages are of finest quality and are completely natural. Ayurveda inspired rituals of Abhyangam and Shiroabhyanga are sought-after remedies for detoxification and de-stressing. Mukh Lepam and Shiro Abhyangam are cleansing and nourishing facials, leaving the skin radiant and free of impurities. Padabhyanga or Ayurvedic reflexology, performed with seven heated metal kasa bowls, is unique and worth trying.
