The charming lanes of the core zone of UNESCO World Heritage Site of George Town leave an indelible mark. Walking along the streets, if the classic buildings have ever felt inviting, what better way to experience it than to enjoy a relaxing spa therapy alongside! The significance of ambiance in a Spa can never be emphasized enough. Tjantek Mulus’s rustic looks and earthy feel will soothe your nerves. Walk past an unassuming entrance on Beach Street to enter its spacious lobby, and experience cool retro-style interiors, with its high walls and ceilings. Observe the long and narrow staircase that leads you to your comfortable spa rooms. On the floor above, the dim-lit aisle’s wooden casement windows and the antique-style lamps preserve a colonial character.
Tips: Tjantek Mulus Spa is located on the historic Beach Street, now known as Lebuh Pantai. If you take one day tour of Penang’s Colonial Heritage, you may choose to club the walking tour with a relaxing therapy session here. Plan to arrive 10 min prior.
