Holidays are a great opportunity to slow down, recharge and get in-touch with you inner self. One of the best ways to do this is by taking a yoga class; it’s great for the body and the mind. Becky (the owner and lead instructor) is incredibly knowledgeable, and will teach you so much in just an hour or two. You can head to the Little Yoga Room (a gorgeous little hut on stilts), or you can arrange for an instructor to come to your hotel.
Cost: 350 baht per session (3000 baht for ten sessions)
