Densely forested by semi-evergreen trees this sanctuary in Canacona Taluka in south Goa has a rich variety of bird-life. A tree-top watchtower situated 25 metres above a watering hole provides fantastic sighting opportunities to visitors who can expect to see the flying squirrel, slender loris, Indian pangolin, mouse deer, four-horned antelope, Malabar pit viper, hump-nosed pit viper among other animals.
