SwaSwara is a remote, serene, hilltop yoga retreat designed to help you lose your sense of time and space and discover your own sense of inner peace. Be prepared for sun-drenched days of meditation, unashamed spiritual openness and a very relaxed pace of life, regulated only by personalised yoga sessions and meals made from fresh, local fruits and vegetables. Moreover, seafood is also available here. Fine wines, Ayurvedic massages and solitary sunbathing on a pristine curve of sand are also on the menu, and the only sounds you will hear are the rhythm of the surf, birdsong, the rustle of palm trees and the echo of temple bells carried on the breeze. Yoga is at the centre of the SwaSwara experience but even if you are a beginner, you will receive expert assistance in developing a routine that is the perfect balance of physical challenge and relaxing meditation.
