A 4 to 40 m dive, the Bat Cave is supposed to be a good spot for deep and drift dive. It is located on Menjangan Island, a protected island that is only accessible by boat in the West Bali National Park. It can be easily reached by boat. The entrance to the diving site is located near a bunch of shallow caves that are home to a surprisingly huge number of bats. The dive starts at 3 m deep. On this site, it is possible to see, among others, moray eels, sweetlips, flathad, parrot fish, nudibranches, reef sharks, rays, octopus and hard and soft corals and rumour has it that occasionally whale sharks and even big-eyed jacks have been also spotted! There are hard and soft corals, octopuses and turtles too. The dive can be combined with that to Temple Point. It is suitable for experienced divers as the currents are unpredictable and the surge strong. It can be dived all around the year.Refrain from posting comments that are obscene, defamatory or inflammatory, and do not indulge in personal attacks, name calling or inciting hatred against any community.
