Holi festival is just a day away, and everyone is all set to celebrate the festival of colours in the city with full enthusiasm and fervour.
According to the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC)
“On the day of the ‘Holi’ festival, March 2, metro services will not be available till 2.30 pm on all lines of Delhi Metro,”
Also, the metro feeder bus services will not be available for the entire day on Holi.

The trains will run as per normal schedule after 2.30 pm, and steps have been taken to take care of the safety of the passengers, and to make sure no one creates any nuisance during the celebrations.
The day is considered to be a gazetted holiday for all, thus no commotion is seen on the roads except people celebrating Holi with their friends and family. This year Holi is on 2nd March, Friday, and DMRC plans to shut metro services until afternoon, in order to prevent any mishappenings in the city.
