In terms of eligible criteria, the chef will be required to be “ambitious and qualified” to match the exceptionally high standards and daily busy schedule at the palace.
Additionally, the prospective chef should have prior work experience within a luxury kitchen or volume catering scenario. However, it is the ability and fervour of the chef to cater to all the culinary sections that will be a key factor in his or her selection.
