Despite the Winnipeg Blue Bombers struggling in recent years, it remains a fact that if you are in Winnipeg in the summertime, attending a Blue Bomber game is a must. Part of the Canadian Football League, the Bombers put on a great show despite winning or losing and you can bet on making some new found friends with the plenty of fans that come out to support this local team. Not only is the team great to watch but the stadium is cutting edge and deserves a visit on its own. A canopy covers about 80% of the seats ensuring that even if its raining you can still stay dry, as well as it features cup holders at every seat and two gigantic video boards. A ton of restaurants and concessions make it easy for anyone to enjoy an afternoon or evening game. The regular season runs from June until November so whatever time you visit in the summer make sure to plan on catching a game.
