Purani Haveli

This 18th-century mansion located close to the Salar Jung Museum houses an educational institution and the Nizam’s Museum. Its claim to fame is a 176 feet long walk-in-wardrobe, possibly the longest in the world, which belonged to the sixth Nizam, Mahbub Ali Khan. It now displays the costumes worn in Hyderabad in the early 19th century. The museum displays gifts and mementoes presented to the Nizam, including some vintage cars.
