The mother and daughter team - a Cordon Bleu-trained pastry chef and cheese making technology graduate respectively - behind the business offer more than 500 specialty cheeses from across Canada and the world in their Kitsilano store.
Stock up on a few choice portions for a Kits Beach picnic, or call ahead to have a special platter made up for you. There's some lovely charcuterie and gourmet preserves available, too. Cityside, there's another outlet at 843 East Hastings Street.
