The Long Table, The Column

Unlike most other rooftop bars in the city, The Long Table is housed within a commercial building, up on the 25th floor. Reflecting the genius innovation of its inventors, this is one quirky space—the interiors comprise of a 25-meter-long table (hence the name), and strategically placed LED installations placed above—where you can opt to dine at the central community table or fan out towards one of the smaller ones around the periphery. Massive floor-to-ceiling windows afford clear views of Bangkok city, but it’s the quirk factor (you will feel like you’re aboard a spaceship) that really draws in the crowds. There’s even a terrace where you can kick back while the Dj spins his tunes, and if you get there before seven thirty—the end of happy hours—you’ll end up getting more than you bargained for.
