The Baxter Inn

On most nights, you’re likely to find a long queue of people outside The Baxter Inn on Clarence Street in the Central Business District of Sydney. The tavern is much in demand for its extensive list of whiskeys, wines and beers. Modeled on an old-school American sports bar, Baxter is low-lit, with the walls covered with memorabilia and the racks filled with liquor bottles. Drinks are accompanied by complimentary pretzels, and lively acoustic and jazz music.
