What more is there to say about this place? It’s a room. Cozy but comfortable. It has a small dance floor and plenty of alcohol. Yet somehow, these small things come together into something greater than their individual sum. The room has essence. Has spirit. Has a vibe that sticks with you even after you leave. All in all, it is just a damn cool place.Like many places in Tokyo, a staircase at ground level will lead you to the basement and the entrance to The Room. The venue is split into two parts, half being the bar and half the dance floor. The Room is owned by the members of Kyoto Jazz Massive, so sometimes jazz will be the music of the night. Regardless of what (or who) is playing, The Room is always a chill place.
