Promoted by ace restaurateur AD Singh and actor-entrepreneur Arjun Rampal, LAP is the preferred venue for the city’s nocturnal swish-set. This after-hours nightclub straddles the divide between a dance-club and a lounge. You could choose to sink into one of the oversized sofas and nurse a drink, but the dance floor is where it’s at. Lap has six in-house DJs, and the music (selected by Rampal himself) is a medley of house, electro and funk. Table covers are exorbitant: if you’re looking for a good time without busting your wallet then stick to the bar and the dance floor.
