A beer specialist, part restaurant, part café and part lounge, Lambic is a local favourite. A high quality gastropub, Lambic is housed in a 19th century colonial building located in Mauritius’s capital, Port Louis. A real haven for a beer lover, Lambic’s aim is to uplift the local beer market by introducing niche products. True to its image and reputation, this place boasts around 70 beers from around the world, sold in the glass walled shop. The collection of this place includes craft beers from America, Belgian Trappist beers and Young's Double Chocolate Stout. You can also try their beer-battered fish and chips that go well with the beer-based sauces made with utmost care. Lambic has added another feather to its cap when they opened Mauritius' first microbrewery, The Flying Dodo Brewing Company.
