A European style pub with a long black marble bar, Lakaz is a cool place to mingle with the locals while relaxing your nerves over a few drinks. Lakaz has been designed to make the patrons feel comfortable at any time of the day, not necessarily after sun down! The bar menu is adorned with an impressive and wide range of fresh cocktails and delicious snacks that will elevate your spirits after a long tiring day of sightseeing. The chef at Lakaz designs the buffet with the focus on a range of authentic meals that represent the flavour of Mauritius. Try everything–from fish to chicken, beef to lamb as the originality of Lakaz lays in its variety. A hub of Mauritian artists, Lakaz plays venue to various live music performances on every Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. Jam Sessions usually takes place on Wednesday and weekends are booked for DJ sessions.
