Set in the lush Gianyar, the unspoilt east coast of Bali, the Hotel Komune Resort and Beach Club overlooks the shores of the famous Keramas, which is a favourite spot for the surfers of Bali to chill and recharge before heading back to tackle one of the four epic surf breaks here. The club has a stylish and uniquely-designed circular restaurant and bar set amongst expansive refreshing lawns and tropical gardens that make the most of the stunning natural environment. The food at Komune is simple, tasty and fresh and the menu includes an array of healthy juices, fresh salads and delicious seafood, authentic pizzas, and colourful cocktails.
It also has a spa to pamper and soothe those muscles after surfing and play host to chilled out sunset sessions around the pool deck, with early evening happy hours from Monday to Friday. They often host movie screenings in the open-air cinema on the lawn and, depending on the tide forecast, the beach club also organises special night surfing events where they light up the surf with floodlights! The waves here are perfect for stand up paddle boarding, swimming and snorkelling or you can just chill in the pool.
