Hanoi Rock City

Hanoi Rock City is Hanoi’s premier multi-platform music & arts venue since 2010. Depending on the night, Hanoi Rock City is a mix between a live music venue, an outside bar and a nightclub. They focus on international and local DJs and play rock music, as the name suggests, but also other genres like punk, techno, hip hop and electronic so you’ll always have an interesting mix of music. There is also an open mic night on Wednesdays and regular events held on the weekends.
The outdoor bar area is a great place to hangout if you need a break from the DJ, which is located inside of a soundproof room. Hanoi Rock City is a popular spot for locals, expats, and visitors, so you’re always going to get an eclectic mixture of people to socialize with and meet. It’s located only 10 minutes from downtown Hanoi, in Hanoi’s West Lake area.
